Update site? #2

This is an incredibly useful collection of scripts... How about making an update site with them? Remember, putting scripts into, say, plugins/Scripts/A/B/C/D_.bsh will create a new menu structure A>B>C>D \ for you. So you could even make a directory plugins/Scripts/TFerreira/, store your scripts in them, and have your personal TFerreira top-level menu!

@dscho: Thanks! Really useful and detailed advice, as always. I just regret not doing it earlier.

Probably because I owe you so many beers, I named it BAR, a silly acronym for Broadly Applicable Routines. It can be browsed here on github or on fiji.sc. The first release is out, and uses the recently added Zenodo DOI hook, which I guess converges on the idea of a more reproducible IJ.

I think this closes the issue, but do let me know if you think otherwise

@tferr I saw the BAR site... ;-) And thanks for the implicit credit for the name...
