Strahler Analysis needs to be aware of root #4

It is extremely cumbersome to use Strahler Analysis with area ROIs to protect branches from the iteration. It would be important to find an alternative method

This is now fixed with the release of BAR 1.0.5 and AnalyzeSkeleton 2.0.3. It is documented here. The only thing that remains to be addressed is proper extension of 'root detection' to 3D images.
