Winit AU Trade Pty Ltd. A Chinese owned company which provides supply chain solution to its cross border customers by offering international and national wide logistics option. In Australia, they offered two warehouse for clients storage for the past 5 years. Recently, they opened a new warehouse in Melbourne. With their growing business and possible expansion on staffing, they are now requiring a new system that can simplified the tedious tasks involved with monitor their employee performance, control onsite visitor, generate reports for management office overseas and data collection.
Summary
This new system will:
Create a new system that can store employee and visitor information for 5 years
Allow multi users entry their data
Alert unusual or abnormal activities
Store users activity history
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entry
Display correct content
Export accurate record

Well-functioned Time and Attendance Record System
Overview:
Due to the growing business need, Winit AU face a big challenge on handling their onsite employees and visitors. Managers are having a hard time adjust roaster and execute it with the current employee plan. Since the peak season will be coming shortly, the client would like to take control back on its staffing and prepares sufficient labor solutions for the peak time. For the management office, it will be easy to monitor employee and visitor timetable and enforce punctuality. For its staff, it will be easy and clear to understand the expectation from the management office. Therefore, our project aims to provide our client a simple system that must be user friendly and provide accurate information.

To avoid using traditional excel spreadsheet records hassels, Winit AU requires a responsive system that can help them to keep track on its employees and visitors.
Monitor employee and visitor timetable
Check employee who has not met quota of time so that they can enforce punctuality
Monitor purpose, time of entry and exit of visitors so that they can control the amount of visitors at site
Keep all record in excel spreadsheet for head office reviewing
Device: PC / tablet friendly but on site usage only
Allow multiple people record their data at the same time

Visitor: to record their entry/exit detail, check their entry history
