Fix up user profiles #71

To protect their privacy, we should allow a user to have a display name 
that's not their real name - especially with the introduction of forums.

Additionally, we need to wire up the user profile editing functionality and 
test - had one user report that they get a "blank page" when we told them

"You should be able to access it at
http://www.democracyclub.org.uk/users/160/edit when you're logged in."
