compile on macos (arm64)

Tweaks so that it compiles on macos (tested on arm64): dependencies:

• xcode (command line + clang)
• brew install cmake googletest google-benchmark

build:

• cmake -B build -S .
• cmake --build build
• ./build/test/spqlios-test
