OK on Linux and Mac?

Dirty fix: list broken linked dependencies explicitly. Better fix: find one htmltools is not being installed when installing htmlwidgets.

Also happen with yaml package on Elisabeth machine.

Elisabeth run on same issue when installing with RDataTracker with devtools.
