Add to conda-forge? #12

Do you think you could add a feedstock to conda-forge under the python-gdcm package name? Or I could do it, if you'd prefer.

@scaramallion is it not possible to install on conda using pip? I never used conda.

It is possible, but it's not recommended. I don't really use it either, but I think we (at pydicom) have a fair number of users that do, and the existing gdcm package on conda-forge isn't very well maintained.
