Butterfly.js missing in the built #6

I detected that the core javascript controller is missing building the JAR.

Adding this to the pom.xml should fix the issue:

  <build>
    <sourceDirectory>src</sourceDirectory>
    <testSourceDirectory>tests/src</testSourceDirectory>
    <resources>
      <resource>
        <directory>src/edu/mit/simile/butterfly</directory>
        <targetPath>edu/mit/simile/butterfly</targetPath>
        <filtering>false</filtering>
        <includes>
          <include>Butterfly.js</include>
        </includes>
      </resource>
    </resources>
  </build>
