Once @brieuclehmann comes back to me with fast code for PCA analysis using tskit and np.linalg.eig, I should put together a PCA page. This issue is just to remind me to do so (and follow up with Brieuc).

I've not forgotten about this - there's an even faster implementation being cooked up by Hanbin Lee and which will eventually be incorporated directly into tskit. Happy to dig out my draft code if this is holding you back though?
