HAPPY seems more clear for people, and initiation vs. deployment don't seem meaningfully distinct.

HAPPI seems fine, a little less of a forced acronym.

HAPPIE feels unnecessarily complex and is a bit close to HIPPIE, which is fine but maybe not what we're trying to indicate.

So I'd say HAPPY > HAPPI >>>> HAPPIE.
