SegWit Support #3

This is currently needed for Litecoin support beyond a certain block number, as well as Bitcoin

Our bitcoin block explorer finally passed the first SegWit block (481824) without reporting any errors, so we might have full support for Bitcoin's SegWit without any code changes. If that's the case, only Litecoin requires adding explicit support for it.
