Steps to reproduce
Have a rule attempt to remove a work item link
OR
clear all links
Expected behavior
Share the expected output
The remove operation should cause the work item link to be removed
The clear operation should cause all work item links from the item to be removed
Actual behavior
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" is given
