Rules can be applied teamScope? #9

Hi, I was wondering if we could specify policies on team level ? Is there any blocker you can think of to avoid this scenario?

The team scope isn't provided with the servicehook call. Since work items can live on the board of multiple teams, this is very likely not going to be possible.
