Bug when you try to install the extension on a machine where only have .net 4.5.1 installed #11

Hello, Mike

I realized when I tried to install the extension that it doesn't work on my michine. The problem is that I only have the .net framework 4.5.1 installed. The error message when I tried to installed is "'The extension Community TFS Build Manager 2013 requires a version of the .NET Framework that is not instaled"
