I get an error when trying to generate a Report with the tool

The error is different if I generate it inside VS 2013 and if I use the stand-alone.

In VS 2013:

tfsbuildmanager-generatereporterror-insidevs2013

In Stand-alone:

tfsbuildmanager-generatereporterror-standalone

I have installed OpenXML 2.5 SDK & Tools.
