Daemonize #4

make the packet forwarder work as a daemon

Changed the printf statement to LOG, supporting both console and syslog storage Keep running in case of UDP packet send error, by writing down the error, but not calling die

I'd love to see this merged too.

Note that #11 contains a systemd unit file for more recent versions of Debian/Redhat distros, but I've not got any of your changes around logging in place.
