add the option to resolve TTN router by hostname
ignore output

Hi, Just so you know, I've merged this into my fork at https://github.com/proffalken/single_chan_pkt_fwd - I'm slowly adding all of the current PR's on this repo to my code and then I'll add my debian packaging code as well :)
