remove build-image process #2

dockerイメージをbuildするの面倒だし頻繁に変更する予定がないので、DockerHubからpullするようにしました。 DockerHubリポジトリは一旦私個人のものをつかっていますが、githubと同じくtfugのアカウントを作るならそっちに移します！
