Unable to change version #316

Hi,

We are trying to switch to 1.0.8 but we are getting this error below:

Version directory for 1.0.8 is present, but the terraform binary is not! Manual intervention required

Please advise if there is any workaround or fix.

We installed terraform in WSL Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

UPDATE: We used brew instead and it worked this time.
