Apply (some) suggestions from Circle application #53

This PR incorporates several suggestions from Halftone's Circle application.

Changes:

Move sidebar position from right to left (Reasoning: HIG's section on utility panes)
Put separator in-between image preview and bottom sheet
Use arrow-into-box-symbolic icon instead of document-open-symbolic
Add shortcut (F9) for toggling sidebar/bottom sheet
Add a shortcut for main menu
Expose every option in utility pane (remove "Image Properties" expander)
Make position of "Dither It!" button fixed
