VizAlnPdf alns.html.gz chrom start sample out n
what the "n" mean ? what's pdf difference if increase the n ?
and i notice the VizAlnPdf output may be different from the igv,such as :
the VizAlnPdf show that one reads have "ACTGGCT" insert in the left of the STR locus( chr2 1493425 1493456 4 8 AATG) but not in the igv.
