question about the HipSTR #99

hi , i use the HipSTR to detect the STR loci， and i have some question :

  1. what is the ext_stutter_models.txt , can you give me an example?
  2. if many reads have the soft clip, HipSTR can not filter the soft clip reads to detect the STR, such as : image
  3. is there have any option's to select the reads filter，such as : image
