Smart Tables make for ugly HTML #12

Does anyone understand the interaction between ng-repeat and the smart table filtering features? It would be nice to remove all the hard coded names, but I can't do it without breaking functionality.

I tried doing it but since ng-repeat attaches everything to one model it's pretty impossible to do.
