What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run the installer as an admin.
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should install and run, but instead it says that I either need to
restart the computer (which I did), or my touchpad does not support multitouch.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the latest version, on Windows Vista 32bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have downloaded the latest version of the synaptics driver, 11.2.15, and
am using a HP pavilion dv5-1002r entertainment notebook pc. Please help!

I have the exact same proband done excatly the same. I'm using an acer.
