Cell Morphological Quality vs Phenotype #58

We have a class Morphological Quality with one member: http://uri.neuinfo.org/nif/nifstd/sao1278200674

I am assuming this should be deprecated in favor of the phenotype branch assigned to soma etc?

Yes. That term is quite old, from the prior model that used qualities instead of dispositions. I will mark it as deprecated.
