There are only 2 changes that affect sparc view:

use sparc_terms-mod.txt
edited sparc/view/ to allow an organ list to be presented even though only Brain is linked.

all ilxutils/* can be ignored

499396e needs to be removed/reworked, it pulled in

    nifstd/bin/publish-sawg
    nifstd/bin/publish.el
    nifstd/resources/sawg.html

which should not be stored in git directly
