Fix `StreamOptions` #12

Rename StreamVideoOptions to VideoStreamOptions.
Rename StreamAudioOptions to AudioStreamOptions.
Make StreamOption a merge of audio and stream options.
Add the boolean type video to StreamOptions.
Set default fallback of video to false.
Fix the example in the README.
