Any chance of a version bump release to include recent changes? cheers

Hey @lougreenwood. You got it.

Sorry for not doing it at the time. It can get a bit long between commits on this repo so I need to refresh myself on the process for updating versions.

Bumped to v0.8.2 as there were a few PRs merged in since the last version. I've created a CHANGELOG file to keep track of everything from now on
