Error trying to load p4g #3

Whenever i click launch application, the console opens, and then an error code pops up. i think it has something to do with steam hook being weird but idk. Yes, i do have steam hook and everything else Screenshot (214)

Looks like either steam hook or the shared hooks library isn't being loaded properly. Have you tried following this guide? https://gamebanana.com/tuts/13379
