Users Reports - Githubissues

As a user, I would like to see these areas improve:

add gutters to the table to constrain content width to prevent stretching to full width on x-large screens
Make data tables scrollable
update date picker row container background color to match the table background color
update profile card dropdown tables color to be accent green instead of blue
move date picker to be on top of users table and move the profile card up to align
