Why is this change required? What problem(s) does it solve?

Fixes:

• Have unique colors on graphs (up to 10)
• Graph in all shouts:
  • Now utilizes date range correctly (added moment.js for this)
  • Now has a readable menu
• Color project-wide are all now pulled from variable file
• Existing shoutouts:
  • Data is now pulling up to 500 messages instead of 50
  • Now no longer duplicates when re-fetching
• Existing shoutouts fetch now adds initial company values descriptions to db
• No data returned in a fetch now sets to an empty array so that tables render correctly with given data or no data available indicator

Were there any challenges while implementing this feature? If so, how were they addressed?
