Need to check that all required tools are defined. @gotero all scripts in the master branch have been reviewed and independently tested so they should work externally if all required tools are in the path.
Things we could improve:
1) Documentation
2) Single script to execute all steps
3) Add a validation script to ensure all tools are available in the $PATH for "LOCAL" usage before running as some steps take nearly 24hrs and an error at the end because of a missing tool sucks
4) create a singularity contain with all tools needed to build the resources
For phoenix 1 resource script is missing today for the creation of the cellRanger files used for single cell analysis
