Paket is introduced.
Update Caliburn.Micro to 3.2.0
Update Gu.Localization to 6.4.0
and use CultureInfo.InvariantCulture for default resource (see #243) -> separated into #292

It's a very big change, but it's very easy to handle the NuGet packages.

The last commit (InvariantCulture) has been separated into a new PO.
