Removing changes to dockerfile #6

Sorry, only meant to PR a change to start.sh. Hope to have some good dockerfile changes later but the ones that went with the last PR aren't good.

If I can piece together the next set of changes and you want them in your repo too I might take you up on that or I can keep mine as a fork...just depends on if what I'm doing suits your uses. Right now I'm trying to make this an easily re-deployable/upgradeable docker without loss of config/data.
