Add disk usage notice and instructions #2

White testing on an Synology Container Manager, while otherwise working perfecly, the disks would not spin down due to frequent writes even trough there was no email activity. I managed to find and redirect the writes to tmpfs and confirm these files were safe to delete as they are recreated each time the service started and frequntly thereafter.
