The Duplicated Element diagnose can occur because of a duplicated class or a 
duplicated relation.

As these two cases have different impacts on a model (a duplicated class can 
cause more problems), I suggest differentiating these types of diagnoses using 
"Duplicated Class" and "Duplicated Relation".
