I usually click on wrong buttons at this window. So, here´s my suggestion for 
improvements:

There´s clearly two categories of buttons: (1) Enable All and Disable All and 
(2) Detect and Cancel.

I think that these two categories of buttons could be a little bit far from 
each other, in order to avoid mistakes.

My (paint made) suggestion of layout can be seen in the attached file.
