I have a plus "+" in my user name... is that making it not work?
like myname+locast@mail.com

It is possible. I had issues with 'special characters' in my password when I initially setup L2P.

I am having the same issue but I have a normal email myname@mydomain.com and changed my pass to just numbers as well
