Channel Scan and Mapping #275

Not sure if everyone is having this issue and I originally posted in Q&A this very same question.

I live in Indiana.

When I added the DVR Tuner it scanned 55 channels, Ranging from Channel 4 all the way to 69.1

I have access to H&I channel on the locast.org website for Heroes and Icons, but I do not have access to it on the DVR Tuner.

55 channels were scanned but ONLY 22 channels were mapped, H&I, Movies and several other channels are NOT Showing up to be mapped, When I check the Channel, then pull the drop down menu to map, channels aren't showing up for the ones I'd like to have added as well.

If It scanned 55 channels, why can i not have access to all 55 instead of just 22?

Probably has to do with the DVR Tuner you are using. If you use Plex, then it will map the channels to the EPG listing when you create the tuner.

I'm running the Locast2Plex script on 2 computers on the same network. Not a Physical one. 55 Channels are scanned, but only 26 can be mapped for their channels and names, wasn't sure if anyone else ran into the same issue.

There are a few channels I'd LIKE To get mapped so I can record some shows like the H&I (Heroes and Icons) Channel which i can get logging into the locast website, but it don't show up on locast2plex.

I’m having the same issue. More than 20 channels (almost half) that are available on locast but are missing in Plex dvr. Can’t find any way to add them manually.
