can pitch and mod wheels have default behavior even without widgets?

This needs to map default +/- 12 to pitch wheel, and a reasonable lfo setting to mod wheel (probably vca, not vco?). Both should behave this way with no widgets loaded or included for anything including synth.inc.csd

default values are now set with chnsets in synth.inc.csd

flexsynthctl moved to synth.inc.csd too
