separate frontend to static page #74

so it is not served from jar file it could be served using e.g. nginx

@tgrez Generally it's a good idea. However, one JAR is handy in terms of maintaining it on the server. For a local development, one can user https://github.com/cortesi/devd or python SimpleHTTPServer. So I'm labelling this issue as a future?
