Option to automatically add \ when inserting a new link with an alias. #291

It would be great if the plugin would add the \ automatically before the |alias_names so we don't have to type it manually every time we insert a new link with an alias, in other for the link to work properly inside the table.

Thanks for the suggestion. I don't think this plugin should be modifying the contents of the table. It's really only concerned with the formatting and formulas.
