Hello. First off, thank you for this great plugin.
Briefly, I tend to switch between live edit and source modes often (longtime vim guy). When I format the table, it adds a minimum of 3 hyphens --- in the header. However, I have a table with columns containing a single emoji.

Is there a way to detect when the max width of the column is less than 3 and only insert a single hyphen in the header?
Describe alternatives you've considered
Not a dealbreaker by any means. Just a QoL request if it's not too much trouble.
