Problem exporting tables with block identifiers to PDF #329

Describe the bug Tables with block identifiers will get the last row not formatted as a table row when exported to PDF.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a table with a header and 3 rows
  2. Add a block identifier after the table
  3. Export the note to PDF
  4. The last row of the table is not formatted correctly

Additional context Just a final note. I have tried it with Advanced Tables enabled and disabled, but the problem stays the same.
