Asking as I'm looking to install it but I see support has stopped, did updates stop for this plugin ?

I am no longer working on this plugin, and do not use Ledger anymore. So unfortunately, I think the answer is generally yes.

@tgrosinger thank you for the headsup, what do you use if I may ask? Any good alternative inside obsidian or something stand-alone?

I have switched to a standalone application.
