add support for markdown? #25

Hello really Nice and simple plugin!

It would be great if it was possible to use it with markdown (especially also the maruku dialect option in TW)

I have seen that github supports checklists in markdown with the same syntax that you use.

I am not very familiar with the MarkDown plugin, but it doesn't look like it easily supports plugging in new parsing rules like the default WikiText does.

I encourage you to look into it though if you want to.
