Adding the original documentation to the repository #49

Hi, thanks for developing this, it adds some important functionality to tiddlywiki!.

The link to the documentation is now dead. I used the WayBack Machine to get hold of the original documentation for this project. As it was created using tiddlywiki I could download a copy of the whole thing. This PR just adds back your original documentation to the repo with no changes.
