Featured Properties - Process & Selection

Ideally (from my time management perspective!), we would be able to indicate to you which properties we want to be used as:

featured properties - showing to the right bar of certain pages featured photos in the home page main page -

These may change.

For the featured properties: we need some text to say WHY something is featured, a photo, a couple of stat-related items, SF, location, product type - and a link to the property website.

I will select the 4 or 5 properties and write a sentence or two about why they are featured. I think you have the other information to make them featured.

If we need to add a property or replace a property, could it be as simple as writing a new intro on why the new property is featured, and sending that to you along with which one is to come off (or not)?

Re: Featured photos, we should limit this to 3 or max 4 due to loading times. One property should be retail, can we add a photo from Lynnwood Crossroads? Maybe an LA Fitness photo for now or even something with construction.

Featured Properties. Below are the properties to use/rotate for now. Followed by the "Reason" the text to include for why the property is featured. Other stats have been or will be provided by spreadsheet.

Sterling Plaza I. Rare 15,000 SF opening in our Factoria Campus. Sterling Plaza I and the sister buildings of Sterling Plaza II and 12600, are typically fully leased due to their prime location. We don't expect this space to be available for long.

Sterling Business Park. We have a total of x SF available that close to Boeing and Paine Field (and contiguous space between 800 and 28,000 SF). With the 787x agreement, this is the place to be.

Johnson Creek. One 7,000 -10,000 SF space available in a very successful shopping center. With multiple prime anchors and good traffic and access, Johnson Creek is where it is happening.

East Valley. With departure of long-term prior tenant, this recently vacant property is available for sale or SRO will upgrade or build-to-suit for the right tenant.
