editing vars with "stuff inside apostrophe marks" is broken #14

for example, the 'name' var for /atom

i want to change an APC to "Construction Area APC" i do it and click ok it just goes back to area power controller i try again WITHOUT the apostrophe marks and it works? but this is bad because name needs apostrophe marks.

it's possible i was doing something slightly wrong, i'll reopen this if i encounter it again
