Seriously, not one person could do this? I'm very very disappointed with you.

Fix for a certain GitHub endpoint being deprecated on Oct 1st: https://developer.github.com/changes/2020-04-15-replacing-create-installation-access-token-endpoint/

To be fair, I completely missed the include of the OctoKit and thought it was JUST GithubJWT
